Replacing Your FSUCard

Where To Go

Visit the FSUCard Center; we will take a new photo of you or use the approved photo you uploaded ahead of time.

Our office is located at 104 N Woodward Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32304 – connected to Woodward Garage, across the street from the FSU Student Union.

Replacement Card Fee

After your initial FSUCard, there’s a $15 replacement fee which must be purchased within the FSUCard office with a credit/debit card.

Faculty and staff may receive one replacement FSUCard at no cost, for wear and tear, every fiscal year. The FSUCard to be replaced must be surrendered at the time of printing or the $15 replacement fee will apply.

Card replacement fee waiver

1) Official documentation (i.e., police report, police business card with the case number) must be presented at the time of card issuance in either a physical or digital form.

2) Legal name changes or changes in University affiliation require proper documentation, including a new government-issued photo ID that reflects the updated name after it has been processed with the Registrar’s Office and updated in the University system.

Replacements can be requested through the online photo submission system and are available within 2 business days from approval. If you need a replacement the same day, please visit our office.

Retirees

To obtain your retiree card, your retiree status must be updated in the University central database. Visit the FSUCard Center to acquire your new retiree card at no charge. Make sure to bring your current card! Please note, after receiving your first retiree card, replacements are subject to a $15 fee, which can be paid by debit or credit card only, at the time of printing.

Departmental Payments

Payments made by departments for FSUCard services will need to follow the processes and keep up with key dates for Auxiliary AR/Billing. Payments for FSUCard Services by departments will require an Internal PO and FSUCard Order Form

Courtesy Cards

Courtesy cards are for FSU affiliates who are not faculty or staff but are working on campus. To obtain a courtesy card, a courtesy appointment will need to be submitted. Please allow 2-3 business days for the system to update after the appointment has been entered before the card is available for pick up. Courtesy cards are $10, payable by debit/credit card at time of issuance.
