Getting Your FSUCard

What to Bring:

1. FSUID or EMPLID Number
To locate your EMPLID, sign in to my.fsu.edu, select secure apps and then FSUID Identity Management.

2. Physical Government-Issued Photo ID
Obtaining your FSUCard requires a valid driver's license, state ID card, permanent residency card, military ID, LDMV ID or current passport. Pictures or printouts of IDs will not be accepted.

3. Smile!
This is a photo ID card, so we will be taking your picture. If you need special accommodations for the picture, please speak with a member of our staff.

Replacement FEE

Replacement FSUCards are $15 and must be paid at the time of replacement. The fee cannot be charged to an online account. To get a replacement FSUCard, visit us during normal business hours.

Faculty and staff may receive one replacement FSUCard at no cost, for wear and tear only, every fiscal year. The FSUCard to be replaced must be surrendered at the time of printing or the $15 replacement fee will apply. The wear and tear replacement cannot be substituted for any other FSUCard fee. Lost card replacements, or more than one wear and tear replacement within the fiscal year, are $15. The replacement fee for a stolen card may be waived if official documentation (i.e. police report, police business card with case number) is presented at time of card issuance in either a physical or electronic form. This fee may also be waived for name or University affiliation changes, with proper documentation.
